Chris Gas ‘N’ Pipes is a plumbing service with a difference. We:

• Freely offer the most appropriate solutions to your plumbing problems. We are quick to diagnose problems and work carefully and quickly to resolve them.
• We don’t “bump up” the job by recommending unnecessary work. You pay for the services you need, as we are there to serve your needs, not ours.
• When you call, you will speak to a plumber—not a call centre or answering service. If possible, we will suggest a temporary fix, or a solution over the phone, potentially saving you a call-out fee. We are here to help!
• When we arrive at your job, we will come armed with the tools necessary to do the work required (although the purchase of parts may be required!) It ensures quick and convenient service for domestic clients.
• We know your time is valuable. If we say we will be there at a designated time, we will be there. We will call you should an emergency arise. With long hours, we can work around your schedule to provide services at the most convenient time.
• And we know you want to be kept in the loop. We will let you know when a job will be started, its expected completion date, and advise if any unforeseen problems arise. If there is a choice of solutions, we will involve you in the decision-making process, with transparent costing information.
• We run a tidy ship. We guarantee to minimise the impact of our work on your home or office—cleaning up as we work, leaving the site tidy and removing any debris.
